Short Description:

The heatl transfer decoration process is a one-time heating of the heat transfer film to transfer the decorative pattern on the heat transfer onto the surface of the building material to be decorated to form a high-quality decorative film. In the thermal transfer process, the protective layer and the pattern layer are separated from the polyester substrate by the combined action of heat and pressure, and the hot melt adhesive makes the entire decorative layer and the substrate permanently glued. The heat transfer film is made of polyethylene film as a backing paper with a wood grain decorative layer printed on it. The surface is coated with a protective layer, a base color layer, a release layer and a hot melt adhesive layer.
