Q:Will i have to supply my own arwork or can you design it?

A: It is best you can supply your artwork as AI/PS/PDF/CAD format file. we donot design, but we have some existing design for your choose if you need.

Q:How can i get an accurate price?
A:We need your design firstly, accurate price will be quoted once size, material, printing, packing and quantity confirmed.

Q: What content of plastic  can be applied you heat transfer product?
A: It can be applied on plastic(PP, PE, ABS, PS, PVC, PET, EVA), metal, wood, bamboo, glass etc…

Q: Could you offer samples for testing quality before order? Is there any sample fee?
A:The stock samples are free but freight collected.we can make the sample if you want. The samples fee can be returned if it reaches a certain quantity.
Q:How long will it take to get the production?
A:Usually sample 7 workdays,bulk 10-12 days due to the craft and quantity.
