Heat transfer ink is also known as heat transfer ink. The printed pattern text on special paper can contact the ink that is heated and transferred to other materials.

Heat transfer ink is mainly used for polyester fabric, polyester deformation fabric low elastic, triacetate fiber, nylon fabric, acrylic, two acetate fiber, polyacrylic, etc., can also be used for shoes and hats, handicrafts, blue football volleyball leather products and sports supplies. Sublimation heat transfer ink is suitable for all kinds of offset printing presses, and the printing materials are: coated paper, coated paper, offset paper, cardboard, etc. It can adapt to the requirements of high and medium speed printing, fast fixation speed and good machine performance.
Printing advantages of heat transfer ink:

excellent printability, non-toxic ink, low odor, good adhesion, non-stick hands;

Good toughness, fastness, wear-resistant to washing.

Can achieve three degrees of fast light, ink does not crack, good elasticity, good feel, ink leveling good viscous, environmental protection low odor, can meet the export requirements. High light fastness, color more ordinary bright.

Tips
Before use, print out the sample for plate making printing, if the deviation is not large, and then determine the sample plate making printing. Because the sublimation ink is gas phase coloring, it cannot be printed according to the ordinary printing ratio.

Give an example
(1) For example, printing bright red typesetting, PS plate, magenta is 100%, yellow is 40%-35%, and you can get bright red after transfer;
(2) Printing positive blue, PS plate, blue is 100%, magenta is about 20%, and positive blue can be obtained after transfer;
(3) Positive green, PS version, green is 80%, yellow is 90%, positive green after transfer.
