1. Turn on the heating to check whether the silicone roller rotates normally, turn it off and pay attention to whether the residual temperature delay is normal. The residual temperature delay is generally set at 40-50 minutes. 　

　
2. When replacing the rubber roller to tighten the silicone, wait until the silicone is heated to the required temperature before locking and fixing, but it should not be too tight.

 
3. When the machine is working, if the power is cut off, or if it stops suddenly due to other reasons, you should put on gloves immediately and remove the rubber roller while rotating it and put it in other places to dissipate heat, so as not to burn the silicone roller due to uneven heat.

　
4. The temperature of the silica gel is generally about 190 degrees Celsius to transfer normally. When the product transfer is qualified, try to reduce the pressure and temperature of the silica gel roller. 　

 
5. The surface of the silicone roller should be kept clean at ordinary times, and try to avoid the transfer film debris from sticking to the surface of the rubber roller. If there is dirt on the surface, the surface can be cleaned with cloth strip processing alcohol. If there is stubborn dirt, it can be polished with fine sandpaper.

　
6. When the silicone roller is used or stored, no other hard objects (such as wrenches) should collide, squeeze and tie; stay away from corrosive materials.
