(1) Formula of nitrile rubber rubber roller
The formula of the nitrile rubber roller is often different due to the load of the roller system, the surface speed of the roller, and the requirements of wear resistance, pollution resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance.
In the same but different formulations of nitrile rubber rubber rollers, the choice of softener is an important issue. Coumarone resin, pine tar, phenol resin and modified resin are all suitable for making rubber rollers. If 5-10 parts of liquid nitrile rubber or plasticizer (KP055) is added to the formula, the calendering operation can be facilitated and the viscosity of the rubber compound can be increased.
The type and amount of carbon black in the formula should be selected according to the characteristics of the product. -Generally, it is better to use fine particle furnace black (FF), easy-to-handle channel black (EPC), and semi-reinforced furnace black (SRF). Adding clay, PyrzcA and ointment will bring convenience to the final polishing process. At the same time, ointment is also an indispensable ingredient for making extra-low hardness rubber rollers. The addition of magnesium carbonate can prevent the formation of bubbles.
The vulcanization system in the formula generally uses sulfur and accelerator DM or accelerator TS together, and heat-resistant formula can use accelerator TT. Recently, the paper industry and the chemical industry are in urgent need of high hardness (80-90 degrees) rubber rollers with oil and chemical resistance.
