1) There is no static electricity added to the label when it leaves the factory. You can ask the supplier to add more static electricity when it leaves the factory, or buy an electrostatic generator to add static electricity.
2) During the transportation of IML labels, the environment is humid and static electricity runs away. An electrostatic generator is required to add static electricity.
3) If static electricity cannot be added using an electrostatic generator, it may be related to the material of the membrane. If injection molding is done manually, try adding water to a damp rag. If it is a robot, it may be caused by static electricity removal at the factory.
