During the plate loading process, the PS plate is not installed properly and the bite of the PS plate and the plate-pulling screws at the end of the plate are not tightened, and the PS plate will wear the rubber roller due to the untensioned part of the hollow protrusion; at the same time, the PS plate is pulled If the plate is too tight or the top plate is too strong, the plate will be deformed or broken and the ink roller will be damaged.
4. During the printing process, when printing a long order, the running conditions of both ends and the middle are different, which will cause the ends of the ink roller to wear.
5. Poorly printed film, powder and sand particles falling off the film will cause wear of the ink roller and copper roller.
6. Use a sharp tool to draw a drawing line or make other marks on the printing plate, resulting in damage to the ink roller.
7. During the printing process, due to the poor water quality and high hardness in the local area, and the printing factory did not install a proper water treatment device, which resulted in the accumulation of calcifications on the surface of the ink roller, which increased the hardness of the rubber and increased the friction force. This problem not only causes wear of the ink rollers, but also creates serious print quality problems.
