1. Control of hot stamping temperature
Due to the low thermal conductivity of the silicone layer on the surface of the silicone bronzing plate, the bronzing temperature should be appropriately increased during bronzing. Generally, the bronzing temperature should be 130-150 °C higher than that of copper and zinc plates. Of course, the better the thermal conductivity of the silicone layer, the lower the bronzing temperature can be adjusted, and the more energy consumption is saved, the silicone bronzing version with better thermal conductivity should be selected.
2. Control of hot stamping pressure
The surface of the silicone bronzing plate uses a silicone layer with lower hardness, which has a certain elasticity. It is easier to compact the anodized aluminum in the process of bronzing than the copper and zinc plates. Therefore, to obtain the same bronzing effect under the same conditions, the pressure used for the silicone bronzing version is less.
3. Control of bronzing speed
Under the same other conditions, compared with copper and zinc plates, the elastic silicone bronzing plate can compact the anodized aluminum in a shorter time. Therefore, for the same effect of bronzing, the bronzing speed of the silicone bronzing version is faster.
