Instructions for use of thermal transfer Silica gel rubber roller ?

1) The rubber roller need to be turned when open the machine, and the starting temperature should be controlled at about 100 degrees;

2) When the internal and external temperatures are same, repeat heating at 10 degrees ,50 degrees to increase it, until the temperature reaches required for transfer;

3) The temperature, time and pressure must be adjusted during the transfer processing;

4) During the use of the rubber roller, it is strictly forbidden to pressurize or bump suddenly, and it is strictly forbidden to increase the temperature significantly.

5) The temperature of heating transfer machine should be turned off first, and then rubber roller should be stopped after temperature is cool. Make sure that the rubber roller is rotating within 20 minutes to allow the rubber stick to dissipate heat adequately;

6) Choose the situable of rubber roller according to the size of printed pattern;

7) Please select the hardness and shapes of rubber rollers according to the different flatness and toughness of the transferred hot stamps.

8) After using the rubber roller for a period of time, if it is found that the surface is uneven or has small cracks, it must be polished and continuing to use it.
