1. The paper is deformed. Solution: Reduce the drying temperature or UV curing temperature during printing (high temperature will cause the paper to shrink).
2. The hot stamping plate is heated and expanded. Solution: Determine several hot stamping points on a hot stamping plate, master the expansion law of the hot stamping plate with temperature changes, and compensate for it before production.
3. Graphics processing. Before overprinting, the plate pattern, text and lines could not be scaled.
In addition, the unsteady ambient temperature, human factors and the accuracy of the equipment will also cause the problem of inaccurate overprinting during bronzing, so the influence of these factors should be considered in the production process.
