1) It may be due to insufficient static electricity of the label, resulting in the label not being completely attached to the mold. Therefore, during the injection molding process, the label may be displaced due to insufficient static electricity, and finally this wrinkle will appear after injection molding.
Solution: Use an electrostatic generator to add sufficient static electricity to each part of the label so that the label can be completely attached to the injection mold.
2) It may be because the mold and the label cannot fit. If the mold cavity of the label cannot fit perfectly with the label, wrinkles will appear after the label is injected.
Solution: Before injection molding, carefully check whether the label fits perfectly with the mold cavity. If it does not fit well, adjust the position of the label or add static electricity to the label.
