In the automated production of film pasting, labels need to be transferred from the material warehouse to the mold through a robotic arm. Due to the thin and lightweight nature of the label material and the tendency to generate static electricity, traditional vacuum adsorption methods may result in unstable or offset label adsorption.
2. Simplify equipment structure and reduce costs
Electrostatic devices only need to integrate high-voltage modules and discharge electrodes, and can achieve adsorption by ionizing air to generate an electrostatic field, saving about 30% of the hardware cost of vacuum systems. 3. Adapt to complex label shapes
