    How to adjust the temperature of the meltblown machine:
    1. If the rubber material stays at high temperature and high pressure for a long time, it is easy to sinter and carbonize.

    What to do if meltblown cloth becomes brittle and hard
    1. Uneven spinning and insufficient air volume of the air cooler will cause uneven heat dissipation and cause internal stress to cause embrittlement. It can be improved by adjusting the melt volume of the extruder, adjusting the temperature of the hot air blower, and increasing the air volume of the cold air blower.
    2. Analyzing from the raw material, it may be that the spinneret with low melting fat is used, and the filament is relatively thick. After 24 hours to 48 hours of complete crystallization, the meltblown cloth will become brittle and hard. Meltblown meltblown material is finely spun, soft and evenly distributed, so the meltblown cloth has better flexibility.
    3. It has something to do with the high temperature of raw materials and processing. After the fiber is produced, there is a secondary crystallization re-arrangement process inside the PP, which is actually severely heated inside the screw, which has caused severe thermal degradation. If the initiator of the meltblown peroxide process is not well controlled, such problems are prone to occur.
    The important thing for the peroxide process is how to complete the molecular chain scission termination before the screw extrusion, to prevent the secondary residue from entering the non-woven screw to continue the reaction, which is a test of the screw equipment combination and formulation control.
    4.
